Testimonials
"Dr. Duong is an incredible physical therapist! She truly listens and understands what I needed. When I told her about my back pain, she suggested trying dry needling. I told her that I hated needles, but she convinced me that I should just try dry needling once. After just one session, I felt amazing the very next day! Her office is also really clean, comfortable, and well organized, which made the entire experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back for more treatments!"
"Dr.Kathy saved me. I have a frozen shoulder and couldn't move at all. With her expertise and knowledge,I feel so much better. Dry needling and cupping is amazing."
"I pulled my back and my whole left was tightened up during a squat session Monday. I scheduled an appointment with her for Wednesday that week because I had a trip coming up on Thursday. I could barely walk without pain and tightness from Monday - Wednesday (before the session). During the session she was identify the main issue and work on it through cupping and dry needling. It helped loosen both side of my body and I was able to go on my trip with little to no tightness and pain. She also suggested stretches to do during the trip so I don't tighten up again. I highly recommend!!!"
"I'm a podiatrist, so I know what good healthcare looks like. I'm also human, which means my body breaks down like everyone else's. When my neck decided to betray me - workout-induced issues compounded by foraminal stenosis - I needed help, not platitudes. I chose Kathy. Here's what you need to understand: Kathy isn't just technically proficient (though she absolutely is). She's the kind of clinician who actually listens, who understands that your body tells a story, and who has the skills to help rewrite the painful chapters. Dry needling and cupping aren't just trendy modalities in her hands - they're precisely applied interventions that actually work. My outcome? Excellent. Here's the thing I need you to hear clearly: the mistake isn't booking with Kathy. The mistake is waiting to book with Kathy. Every day you put it off is another day you're living with pain that could be addressed. She's knowledgeable, she's capable, she's friendly without being fake, and she gets results. Don't wait until you're desperate. Be smarter than I was - go see her before things get worse. She's that good."
"Thank you, Kathy and East West Wellness & Rehab for your invaluable help in getting me back to walking pain-free and into the gym and the pool after a difficult foot surgery. I owe you a debt of gratitude for facilitating my full recovery, and for continuing to partner with me as I re-enter a variety of athletic activities to make sure I do so safely and strongly. I could not have done it without you! Elena"
"Dr. Kathy is amazing! I've only gone twice so far and already feel such relief in my shoulder. She is so competent - listening carefully to all my complaints and concerns and providing informed responses and detailed home exercise programs. The use of cupping and dry needling within her practice has also made all the difference for me. Worth the price, you won't regret it"
"I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" and saw Kathy for my PT. I had never had cupping done before, and I was really surprised at how much it improved my condition and range of motion. Kathy added dry needling to my treatment protocol along with specific exercises while having cups attached, and I left every session feeling great. I especially liked the experience of having the entire hour session one-to-one so we could really focus on making quick progress. Kathy is an outstanding practitioner and a truly kind and caring person. I absolutely recommend her practice to anyone in need of high quality physical therapy."
"I've been going to Kathy for about 6 months now after a debilitating tendinitis flare up. I'd never tried cupping or dry needling and was hesitant at first, but now I'm hooked! The weekly physical therapy plus cupping/dry needling healed up my heel pain and now I feel great. I recently finished up with physical therapy and am now doing maintenance visits every couple weeks, which I always look forward to. Kathy is a wonderful physical therapist! She's friendly and fun to chat with during appointments, and does a great job meeting you where you're at in terms of physical ability and really listens to your concerns. I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality physical therapy and anyone interested in cupping or dry needling!"
