"I had a great experience! Jharna is an amazing therapist. She helped transition my physical therapy into vestibular therapy and made sure I knew my exercises, answered my questions, and we were able to have great conversations during my sessions. Amy was a great fill-in for Jharna and worked hard to build a connection with me even though we were only going to be together for a few sessions. Aralid always made me feel welcome when I walked in and I loved getting to know her. She put me at ease from the beginning, tolerated my ridiculous schedule changes, and always made me laugh. I'd get mad when she wasn't there during my sessions (who does she think she is having a day off?)! I thoroughly recommend coming here for any sort of physical or vestibular therapy. If I ever have to have physical or vestibular therapy again, I will definitely go here!"

"Less than a month ago I had a stroke. After getting stabilized at the local hospital, I was sent to Ascension Alexian Brothers Elk Grove Village for acute in-person rehab. I got great care and outstanding help from my occupational and physical therapists. They work as a team and work with each patient to customize their therapies to their needs. The attending doctor checked in with me frequently and the program was structured and clear. Each day my schedule was displayed on an in-room TV screen and the nurses/personal care techs were responsive. My room was comfortable and there was good storage space for clothes and necessities. The therapy gym is set up with lots of equipment that ensured that I was able to regain strength and walk without fear of falling. They can handle speech therapy as well, and they even have mobile translation services, so that the therapists can communicate with patients who don't speak English. We all encouraged each other in the gym and there was a good feeling in there. If you or a family member need acute rehab, I highly recommend Alexian Rehab. They can tailor your therapy to fit your unique challenges, so that you can make as much progress as possible. The hard work is up to you, but they have the tools and safety protocols to help you get a good start on your journey toward recovery."

"Outstanding!!! I went there to Rehab a Frozen Shoulder. Everyone I met was very friendly. My therapist Chris was fantastic. He had vast knowledge of how the shoulder works. He was always positive while pushing me to get the most out of my visits. There suggestions for homework were always on point. As long as you do your homework, you will get more out of the next visit. I am almost to full recovery and life is good again, thanks to their help The equipment was state of the art and always cleaned between uses. I hope I don't need rehab therapy again, but if I do this is where I am going."
