"I adore this little piece of heaven on earth. Reset by Therabody is simply incredible. This was my second visit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I did the infrared sauna and cold plunge, and the benefits are amazing. The infrared sauna helps with detoxification, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation, while the cold plunge is fantastic for reducing inflammation, speeding up muscle recovery, and boosting energy levels. The staff here are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and products, which makes the experience even better. I also love coming for the red light therapy bed and cryotherapy. The red light bed works wonders for skin health, reducing inflammation, and improving cellular energy, and cryotherapy is my go-to for pain relief and boosting my immune system. I'm so excited to come back and try even more of their offerings. If you're looking to prioritize your health and recovery, Reset is the perfect place!"

"They used to be amazing but recently has gone downhill. I live right nearby and used to buy their packages for IV drip. Their nurses were always kind and appointments were easy to book online. Recently, despite having an appointment for an IV drip, I was made to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, watching as the nurse chatted with another customer right across from me. When I politely reminded her of my existence and that I was waiting for 30 minutes already at that point, she rudely said they were "very busy" and if I had a problem with timing I should "speak to the manager on my way out." I quietly got up and left as I had other plans, and she didn't seem interested in starting my IV any time soon. There was also nobody at the door so I decided to call later to reschedule. My last straw was when I showed up to my rescheduled appointment, they told me the nurse isn't there that day and that I should reschedule again. Not sure what happened to this place but I highly doubt they would stay in business for long."

"Always a great experience! The staff is super helpful, accommodating, and keeps things running smoothly. In particular, TJ welcomes me and my guests in with positivity and encouragement, especially before cold plunge sessions. He also helps me book appointments that fit my schedule. Overall, having a Reset membership is the way to go and the nurses and staff will take care of the rest."
