"I reserved the Contrast Suite for my Wife's birthday and it was so fun and relaxing! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and really made her feel special. The Suite itself was also spotless and amenities were great; Sauna that fit 4-6, 2 cold plunges, a great shower, and even a tablet where you could control the music! I'd highly recommend booking for a small group of friends or a relaxing date night."

I love coming here for Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank (s/o to Vance for teaching me all about it, he absolutely sold me and now im addicted), vitamin shots by Anne Marie (she is an angel I am so blessed I found her she's changed my life) and all the hot and cold therapy and red light.
