"I seen Dr. Hoeppner and he is great. However, I called concerned about my labs and was advised that no doctor is in today and that is fine but the person that answered the phone just now after expressing I'm concerned because I don't know what it means being that my levels are high and one was literally past the high mark on the chart, she had the audacity to tell me "well I doubt something is going to happen to you between now and Monday". If this is your attitude and how you talk to people then you absolutely have no business working in health care and she can't deny saying this because my calls are recorded."
