"I had partial knee replacement surgery on March 21. My post-op PT session was done by George P. When he realized that I had not yet set-up a PT plan, he was quick to set up a plan for the first 3 weeks. He took my husband to the PT department and worked out a schedule that would fit our needs. He followed-up that day with a personalized Care Plan. On the spot George did everything to accommodate and get my PT under way. My PT sessions with George have been very successful. He is supportive, encouraging and gives lots of positive feedback that helps the "above the shoulders" side of therapy. His calm demeanor is just what is needed when you are recovering and rebuilding."

"My wife was referred here before her surgery. The therapist wasnt even sure why she was there. He saw her twice. We paid our copay. 15 months later, we got a bill!!! 15 months. I sent them a letter which was ignored. Next I got a letter from a collection company. It took 15 months to bill me but less than 2 months to send me to collection. Tried to resolve this, but its the typical no one can fix anything mentality. Finally paid the bill to avoid their incompetence affecting my credit. BTW, the sessions with the therapist took a few minutes, but hundreds were billed to my insurance. Maybe someone there will read this horrible review and try reaching out. Hopefully. People will go to a therapist that knows how to deal with people. Certainly wont get that here."

"I can never express my gratitude to the MedStart Physical Therapy team at Timonium. From start to finish and in between this team has stepped up way beyond satisfaction. My prehab with Rebecca began days before and totally prepared me for my total hip replacement surgery. She answered all of my questions and assured me that things would go smoothly. On the day of surgery George was waiting for me with a huge smile and assured me that I would be walking out to my car after I recovered. I felt like I was his only patient for the entire day. He met with me before surgery began and enthusiastically went over the therapy plans. His friendly small talk certainly helped me relax!!! As I was recovering he was there for me immediately. He got me out of my bed and had me walking around the floor and up and down steps. We had great conversation which helped me relax more and gave me total reassurance that I would be ok. He certainly boosted my confidence. Upon discharge he walked me out to my car, assisted me in getting in, shook my hand and wished me well. I am beyond pleased with his service and the entire MedStar staff. I will be returning in a few weeks to have my second surgery. I am looking forward to working with George again and I know everything will be fine. Thanks George and Rebecca for your dedication to my recovery. I could not have had better service:)"

"I discovered Medstar's pain management from a friend. She told me about Dr. Khoie and how he helped her alleviate pain. I have been in pain for years! I have tried physical therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, and on and on. I called his office and sent my records for him to review. I received a call from Dr. Khoie's office and an appointment to see him. My whole life has changed! Dr. Khoie took the time to explain what was causing the pain and the procedure in "layman" terms. During the procedure, he explained what he was doing and exactly what I was feeling. I was amazed! I felt everything everything he told me! Finally, I wanted to give Dr. Khoie kudos!
