"Worse place ever, front desk horrible, they scheduled an appointment for my son, I drove over 40 min to there for them to tell me they can't provide care until get approval letter from the insurance even though the doctor wrote the referral and Medicaid confirm that they pay for it."

"I've worked with both Will and Kelly, who've been great. My biggest complaint is getting an appointment. I was recommended to go to PT 2-3/week by my doctor and I'm lucky if I even get one appointment option. My 2nd week I was able to go twice (the only week this happened) and I've only kept going since I feel like the PT know my needs so well. If they can't fulfill script recommendations, maybe they should stop taking on new clients."
