"I have been a patient at Inova Physical Therapy for more than two months. I am recovering from serious back surgery performed in January. In my estimation, this is the finest physical therapy center in the Alexandria area. The therapists are all knowledgeable, patient and kind. They have a good variety of machines to work on, plus a seemingly endless supply of exercises, targeted specifically to one's issues. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, while at the same time, the therapists are very serious about what they are doing. I would recommend Inova Physical Therapy wholeheartedly to anyone who asked. It's a great place!"

"This is Linda Noble who has had physical therapy at Inova Mt. Vernon for 3 months. My therapists were Jessica Ellison and Lindsay Schipper who provided me with exercises to strengthen my core as I was suffering from sciatic problems. Both therapists were great to work with and very efficient. My flexibility has greatly increased. Unfortunately to improve my condition I will need additional cortisone shots or surgery."

"This operation is a comedy of errors. I had an appointment on 9/10 and when I showed up was told that the therapist had cancelled and that I had been informed. That is not true. There was no email, text message on my cell, or recorded message on my land line. I was also told that no one could see me for another week. The receptionist then printed out a schedule of my upcoming appointments. This morning, I showed up for the appointment. The printed schedule said 7:30 ( no arrive at time noted.) After filling out a series of duplicate forms (all of which are in My Chart) I went to the therapist and was told to wait another 15 minutes. I cancelled that appointment and left. Later I called and cancelled all future appointments. Again I was told that my appointment was for 7:45 despite the 7:30 printed time on the calendar that they provided to me. There is a serious lack of respect for clients and an even more serious communications issue. Avoid this location!"

"So far, so good. I just began physical therapy (I'm two visits in so far) at this location and it's been a very good experience. My therapists have been capable, pleasant, knowledgeable and encouraging. I appreciate the benefit of off-street parking (no bothering with a busy garage) as well. I'm not sure why the previous reviewer rated this facility 1-star, but I don't agree. Definitely worth giving this place a try and judging for yourself."
