"This location is very unprofessional and ghetto. The doctor/Chiropractor is very friendly warm and seem to be genuinely concerned with his patience recovering however The front desk, Receptionist Brandon speaks to customers very Aggressive and rude. I witnessed this Brandon yelling at the customer like yelling, as if he was this guy's father for the customer to put down his phone. I'm not certain of the circumstances, however I'm pretty sure yelling at a customer is not the proper way to handle whatever was going on. It's degrading to the customer and very unprofessional. The technicians if you will are not very engaged with the customers, their procedures are not conducive for customers to receive a speedy recovery. Once you signed their documents, they briefly show you an exercise printout show you the maneuvers and from there you're on your own. They're basically concerned with when you're scheduling next so as they can bill and keep you in a continuous cycle, not certain if the other locations operate like this, but this location I would not recommend if you're serious about your health and recovery"

This is my first experience with this and hopefully my last :), however, despite your physical challenges or seeking therapy needs I would highly recommend La Clinica!"

"My sister and cousin was treated there and they both were well taken care of . The staff there is very professional, courtesy, well trained, and really make a patient feels cared for . Unlike other places that leaves you there sitting for hours but here the staff attends to you and don't leave you waiting. They understand and answer all your questions. My sister and cousin both agreed it's a very friendly and family group of people working there . I notice that as well definitely 5 star clinical staff ."
