Ideal Pain Management

"Apparently the receptionists are too lazy to advise you when you need a referral or whatever. I am disabled and went for my appointment they let me sit and all the sudden she asked me if I brought my referral I said no nobody wanted to tell even tho I called to confirm. My surgery is next week and they were just rude about it. It's sad bc Dr G. Is one of the best doctors. I always believed in - if you hate your job get another one and bc they are miserable they put it on me the patient. Horrible receptionists ever. They don't smile they make your life much harder on purpose it is such a shame and I feel bad for the doctor. He gets a 10 star his staff -100. Interesting thing is I am white and they are always the most rude people ever to me, I heard them talking to other patients who are different color than my self and they are the sweetest to them. But yet we are rasist."
