"Since Dr. Grau has limited availability I opted to see the physician assistant Raffaele Simone PAC due to the pain I was enduring. The results of my MRI were available but he only stated that it looks like my neck and lower back were bad. He had his assistant take notes from the list of diagnoses from my spine. He didn't offer details until I asked and made the visit less than 5 minutes. The Bayonne office was packed and overbooked and I waited over an hour and a half. When I left I realized that he didn't even ask me what I did for a living. He didn't tell me what I should avoid and what I can do in the meantime until I see pain management. After realizing I needed more of an explanation, I went in to ask the front desk if I could ask him a couple of questions. A woman said give me the questions and I'll ask him because he has patients back to back. She came back and said that he said " do what your body tells you " " if it hurts don't do it" she said that he also said for me to continue the medication that I had just told him has not helped. When I stated that to her she said " what do you want? More medication?" She was rude. Then another front desk employee stepped in and tried to be helpful so overall, not a good experience. I saw this same guy in the Jersey City office after having to drive from the Patterson office ( that was closed) where they told me my appointment was originally but made a mistake. I was very skeptical of him because when he prescribed me medication, I asked if he was aware of my current medications to avoid any interaction. He told me his uncle was a pharmacist and he would ask him. I got my results and have been referred to pain management. I will not"

"For how busy this office is they really go the extra mile. The surgeons are top notch as is the follow up care. My all By Dr Grau was executed perfectly my recovery was on point and what I spent in waiting room they made up for in my surgery and recovery time. Highly recommend"
