He consistently took the time to explain the "why" behind the work we were doing, which made a meaningful difference in my confidence and progress. He was attentive to other patients as well. "I went to StarPro in July seeking help with my nagging knee and ankle pain going into marathon training. Erica and Michal were wonderful to work with, always attentive, knowledgeable, and understood my issues and needs. Together, we had 4 months to address the weaknesses and they really were essential in getting me to a place where I was pain- and injury-free and confident in my every step over 26.2miles. They also took their time educating me, explaining what was causing the issues and how each exercise addressed them, which was really great and helped me understand my body better. Scheduling was really easy and flexible and the facility was clean and welcoming. Everyone in the office is really warm and approachable and I always looked forward to my 7am appointments.
