Testimonials
"My husband and I have been coming to the N. Harrison Street location for several months, and the care we receive has been wonderful. My husband has dementia, and each of the therapists has been so gracious and patient with him. He can be grumpy about doing the exercises, but by the end of each session he is happy and feels proud of the work he has put in. The space is small, intimate, and welcoming. We have had previous PT sessions at a different business which was large and impersonal. The difference is amazing."
"I had a great experience with ATI Harrison St. I broke my patella and started PT the day after surgery. Paige Palli is a wonderful PT and helped me recover quickly. It felt like a long road, but each time I had a checkup with my orthopedic surgeon, they made comments about my rapid progress. I often told my friends that I love physical therapy - ATI helped me regain my range of motion and also gave me a nice workout at each appointment. The warm and friendly atmosphere were an added bonus. Scheduling was pretty easy - I typically saw Paige, but if she wasn't available, I'd see Anjali, who was also amazing to work with. I'm sure I'll need PT for something else in the future, so I'll be returning to this practice then."
"I've had several very positive experiences with this physical therapy location over the last few years, most recently with the extremely competent, informed, compassionate physical therapist Eva De Leon. If you need PT and want to get better, Eva will get you there. She's really really good!"
"I had a wonderful experience at ATI! All of the PTs I worked with were encouraging and helpful during my 8 month recovery."
"Very patient, explain everything so well. I was not expecting much of a difference with my condition but after only four visits they have exceeded my expectations. Paige is a delight as is Josh."
"I had a great experience at ATI on Harrison St in Arlington, rehabbing a chest wall muscle injury. After five weeks I was back on the basketball court and rebounding stronger than ever. The staff were skilled, friendly, and designed a progressively harder set of exercises that got me ready to play. They take a range of insurance, including Medicare and BCBS and processed claims quickly and correctly. I would surely go there again to recover from another injury."
"The therapists are nice, but their effectiveness is a mixed bag. What's worse, the billing and claims departments are horrendous. They overcharge you or make claims that take a long time to process. The therapists do not coordinate with the billing and claims departments, making the process fragmented and frustrating."
"ATI offers very humane and great therapy. The therapists are knowledgeable and friendly, learning each of their patients by their first name and greeting them as they come through the door unless otherwise busy. Most importantly, the therapists listen to their patients, not always true at other therapy businesses as I have learned from past experiences, and they are always checking to make sure they are not asking too much or causing too much pain. My therapist for back surgery recovery, Eva De Leon, was terrific and the therapy was quite helpful. In my case, the location was also very convenient which was a big help when running late. All in all, the ATI facility I went to is what I hoped for. So far very positive interactions and results. They are careful to not overdue it unlike some PT places I have been to in the past."
