HSS Orthopedics with Stamford Health Westport

"Always a great experience at HSS. I've been to Stamford and now Westport. The facilities are beautiful and Dr. Chen is always skilled, patient and thoughtful in her assessments. She is happy to take the time to thoroughly explain and answer my questions. Highly recommend both HSS and Dr. Chen."

"I am editing the following review from 1 star to 4 star because once we were able to be seen we received excellent care. "A Google search for "HSS in Westport" directs you to "HSS Orthopedics Now," which strongly implies that walk-in care is available. Unfortunately, that's not the case--you must schedule an appointment online. When I tried using the mobile app to do so, it stalled after a few questions and wouldn't proceed. I then called the appointment number listed on the app--also non-functional. As a last resort, I drove to the clinic, only to be told by the receptionist that, yes, the "Now" is misleading. You cannot walk in, and appointments can only be made online. To add to the confusion, it was a Wednesday and I learned from the receptionist they don't take appointments on Wednesdays either, a fact which was also not noted online. Very frustrating and unnecessarily confusing experience." Again, with that being said we decided to give it a go a few days later on a Monday and received excellent care."
