"I waited over an hour for my appointment and was not seen in order. Another patient with the same appointment time was taken before me when I arrived first. The exam rooms are very close together and patient conversations can be clearly heard, which raised privacy concerns. When I was finally seen, the doctor reviewed my MRI and told me I needed surgery but did not explain the findings, answer questions, or provide a clear plan. I was simply told to find an orthopedic surgeon on my own. The visit felt rushed and dismissive after a long wait. I left without a clear understanding of my condition or next steps. This experience was frustrating and not helpful."
