ATI Physical Therapy

"Lazy. The therapist I had spent virtually all of her time texting or chatting with the equipment wipe down specialist. Her absence was a mixed blessing not hovering near my work station due to an incredibly horrific case of body odor. The biggest issue is that ATI fraudulently charged me and my insurance company. My therapist had a young man take her place while she sat in the back chatting with her friend and texting. She did this for the entire session. This young man was an improvement over my assigned certified therapist. When leaving, I saw the rack of business cards and I asked for my new therapist's card. I found out that he had no card on the card rack because he was not certified. He was hired to wipe down the machines and put equipment away. ATI charged my insurance $561.75 for this fraudulent unethical encounter. I should be asking for a refund and anticipate that ATI will be contacted by my insurance in the near future."

"Recently finished physical therapy at ATI Willowbrook with John, Arva, and their assistant, Laquita. John was my main therapist and gave me excellent care, much better than I've had from other p. t. experiences. They are very dedicated to giving each patient the most professional and best care possible and, at the same time, creating a warm communal attitude of fellowship. It was a fun experience and I got better quickly."
