I was greeted by Yahaira who was very professional, friendly, understanding, and courteous. She escorted me to a room to view a video on the full process. Sue-Ellen provided the scan of my back and neck to see where my problem areas were, she was very professional and courteous. Doctor Roczey was the best! He listened, provided feedback, natural options, and choices. He adjusted me with a few other solutions (in office, no medicine) and I felt very good afterwards.
