They gave me an appointment for 1/9/26 at 11am When I got to their place at 7315 Irving park They said we don't have therapist for you and also I don't have any appointments, Not only that they didn't try to find out Why? I did call their center office and told them that I am recording this call but I was transferred and disconnected! This really bad bad bad place to go for therapy!!!! "I have spent the last two months going to ATI at 326 Michigan Ave for a shoulder problem. Throughout this whole process, I have been supported by the entire team at this clinic. I would recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy in Chicago. The scheduling was fast and convenient-- they can book clients from as early as 7am to when they close late at 7pm. When coordinating with my insurance got messy, Lynette at the front desk made sure I was updated on the situation and worked diligently to help resolve it. The physical therapy itself was great, too. Shaina put together a plan of care that was easy to learn and follow. She listened to my concerns and adapted when certain exercises caused me discomfort. Irina, Dana, and Carolyn also worked on my care. They made me feel just as welcome. Everyone at the clinic knew my name and how to help me get better! To summarize, the excellent staff ATI at 326 Michigan makes physical therapy welcoming and convenient. An awesome experience overall."

"My experience at the ATI Michigan Ave location has been great. In January, I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and ATI has been an integral part of my recovery. The whole team is fun and caring and I really trusted Shaina's ability to get me back to being active. "I started going to ATI about two months ago after my ankle surgery. Within a few weeks I noticed significant improvements. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but also professional and won't let you slack on your exercises and training. After two month, my ankle and my legs feel stronger than they may have ever been. I've still got a ways to go to heal, but I'm confident the physical therapists are going to get me back to normal plus some. The facility is also very clean and spacious. I would recommend this ATI to anyone."

If I would have to start my rehabilitation process all over again I would come back to this place again without hesitation. Ask for Shaina, she is the best. She has been attentive to my needs, pushed me and motivated me even when I could not motivate myself due to the pain of my injury.
