"I can't say enough great things about my experience at ATI Physical Therapy in Elgin, IL. From the very first appointment, the staff demonstrated not only a deep knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation, but also a genuine compassion for my well-being. My doctor recommended PT for my back due to spondylolisthesis, which has caused foot drop in my right leg. After a thorough evaluation, my therapist created a personalized treatment plan. Each session consists of a 10 minute warm up, a massage to loosen tight a periformus muscle, and several stretching exercises that I can do at home each day. They explain each exercise clearly, monitor my progress, and help to correct my position if I am not performing an exercise correctly. What stood out most was their ability to make me feel understood and supported. I will soon be facing a spinal fusion surgery that will take 9-12 months to heal. Knowing that I will have these therapists there for me when I am healed enough to begin rehabilitation, is comforting. The clinic itself is very clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. The entire team fosters a friendly, warm, and respectful environment. I had been experiencing severe hip pain for at least 7 months due to nerve compression from my spine. After my first visit, I had remarkable relief from the hip pain. Strangely enough that was not even what I had been referred for! I wholeheartedly recommend ATI Physical Therapy in Elgin, IL to anyone in need of physical therapy--you'll be in expert, caring hands."

"The staff at ATI Royal & Randall Rd are kind and very knowledgeable. There was an obvious team bond and the staff worked well with each other. The staff were very good about rescheduling my appointments due to my unpredictable health. The PTs and PTAs were good about listening to my needs and not pushing my exercises too hard; they have high expectations and only want what is best for each patient. I have had / been in PT for years & for various reasons. As tough as some of the exercises were, I looked forward to going to PT and seeing the staff. The PTs and PTAs have good relationships with patients and the easy going nature of the staff made PT time (dare I say), enjoyable. I'm sad I have no more appointments left due to insurance, so I will miss the Royal & Randall staff and my time there."
