"This Orthopedic Surgeon office really needs an accessible automatic door. They have patients coming in and out with crutches and wheelchairs. They also need a better callback/messaging/reception system. You call in and you're automatically obligated to leave a callback number. A real person hardly ever picks up. There's was also an issue with them sending prescriptions to a pharmacy. They didn't send the scripts to the pharmacy. They had to be called twice for them to send it in. Then I dealt with some rudeness while checking in. I don't know if it was just accidental bad wording but if it wasn't it's noted. Other than that the doctors and the medical assistants are very nice and informative"

"Dr. Ganta and his team saved me life. Dec.2024 I was in a horrible accident and fractured my pelvis, knee and ankle. I was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and required multiple surgeries during the first week. Dr. Ganta and a team of residents lead with empathy explaining what needed to be done, why and what my options were. They were empathetic to pain management and took a very progressive approach, centering patient voice and even allowing me the option of dispensing my medication as needed. That kind of care made a world of difference. Once I transferred to rehab, they still kept a pulse on my care via out patient appointments for the removal of stitches, the boot and X-rays to continue to monitor my healing. I cannot overstate how good his work was. The stitches were clean and they've allowed healing to be quite easeful. Three months later, the scarring is fading well, and I appreciate that. It's very possible that I'll need a knee and hip replacement in a few years and I pray Dr. Ganta is still around to deliver similar quality care. As you can see, the entire team is quite decorated winning "Patient's Choice" awards several years in a row. Well deserved!"
