"This center is clean and spacious. The services was on point as far as you're not waiting a long time to register if you're a new patient. No papers to fill out. Here you use a tablet which I liked and never experienced this process the tablet was much faster and easy. Once I finished the registration process the nurse assistant came to receive me. She did her thing and the Dr. Jeffery came in not long after, he introduced himself first. He asked the necessary questions proceeded to check me out. He listened sent me to x-ray. Dr. Jeffrey explained what he saw. He proceeded with his diagnosis. He was gentle soft spoken and kind. Every one in this facility was very professional helpful if needed and kind."

Whitney and Rachelle have both been kind to me the moment I walked into their office over two weeks ago. However, they have not taken it lightly on me when it came to pushing the limits of what I could do in order to heal and stepped up the difficulty of the therapy each week. Although many of the exercises were a bit intimidating upon first glance, the ladies have been specific, instructive, and encouraging in their directions--which has made me realize and believe in how strong and capable I am. "Recently, I sought physical therapy for knee issues and chose a clinic conveniently located next to my orthopedic doctor's office. During the initial evaluation, I appreciated the personalized attention from the therapist. However, on the second day, I noticed the clinic was busier, and the therapist seemed stretched thin, unable to dedicate as much time to assessing my form and technique during exercises. Despite this, I remained hopeful, understanding that progress takes time. I raised a concern with my therapist about balancing proper form and completing repetitions effectively. When she suggested multitasking, I felt surprised and expressed my struggle to maintain form, especially due to my injury. I emphasized my desire to learn and improve, recalling similar challenges even with previous trainers.
