"This review is a long time coming. My daughter has been coming here for some years now, and I love everyone who has had an impact on my daughters life and mine. Seeing my child grow and have a bond with others like Amanda and Noelia has been so amazing to see because it takes work for my daughter to really trust and pay attention to you! And boy, have they put in the work! You guys are the best! Thank you!"
"Rush Kids does a wonderful job with all their services but currently my son is just going to PT .I only gave great things to say about it. The PT is does a great job communicating with me and is great with my son. I trust in what they tell me and how they work with my son. Highly recommend Rush kids therapy ."
"Everyone at Rush Kids have been very understanding and very helpful. Our experience with Therapy has been play based and child lead. Highly recommend. Billing is a different story. But they just switch to a new billing system."
"Overall I have been happy with my experience with Rush. Our PT is wonderful. So patient and kind. She works great with my son. Reason for 4 stars is because the ladies in the front office don't really acknowledge you. And there is no direction as you walk in. You kind of feel like a lost puppy until PT comes out to get you."
"The 'Rainbow Center' has become our second home, as it is truly one of the most welcoming clinical offices ever. The ENTIRE staff is amazing, therapists and receptionists included. Friendly, professional, and fun all in one! They've helped my child to thrive and I will be forever thankful for that! I can not recommend NovaCare enough"
"I have been taking my son to NovaCare Kids since he was 4 months old. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff and therapists. They earnestly care for all the children there and I truly feel like part of the family. I definitely recommend this clinic!"
"Keriann is amazing. My little one adores her and responds to her well. She has another girl along side her and she is great too."
"This place was nice. My son has a delay in feeding and speech. We were treated nicely and all but my big frustration with this place is my son began coming here when he was about a year or so. Each appt is $100.... no one told me about the government program called "Early Intervention" for children under the age of 2... this program is free if your child is eligible. Instead of being honest and open and telling me about this program to look into, I paid $100 for a 40min appt. So here I am making a review hoping that if someone else sees this review, they will look into Early Intervention before going here and paying some big bucks because I wish I had someone who told me sooner. Update to response: And yes having a pamphlet with this info would have been noce, but again, your office sharing this information is not limited to just a pamphlet. I could have been told numerous times about Early Intervention. I could have been told the first time I called and gave my son's issues and his age. I could have been told at my first visit or my second visit or my third visit or my fourth and so on. I believe this info was purposely withheld from me so to not lose my business which gives me a bad taste in my mouth as a mother trying to find help for her young child. Period. I hope from here on out, when you find another parent looking for help for their child under two years old, you suggest Early Intervention program first and not rely on a packet of information that you day you plan to one day hand out. It's the honest and dignified thing to do."
