"I came to Ivy Rehab in Florham Park 3 months after my rotator cuff repair surgery. It was my surgeon's suggestion to make the change because I was a little more stiff than I should have been at that point in my recovery. Jonathan gave me a new stretching program that increased my range of motion in a matter of weeks. Once the surgeon said I can gradually start playing tennis again at 6 months post-surgery, I was put on a return-to-play protocol by Dom who walked me through every exercise, answered all my questions, and constantly watched and corrected my form as I did them. At every visit Dom asked if I had played, if I had served, and how it felt so that he could modify my therapy accordingly. He even gave me exercises to prevent tennis elbow since it had been a while since I had hit a tennis ball. The attention, care and encouragement I have received in the past few months has been exceptional and I am extremely grateful.
