Testimonials

Dorie Jacobs

"When I first started PT with Rebecca, I could only walk about 30 to 40 steps without stopping with pain. Upon finishing my 19th session, I can walk 10,000 steps without stopping. I am so much stronger. My entire body feels stronger, not just my leg. When I leave a session, after a great workout and a massage I am in no pain. Rebecca and Lindsey are wonderful therapists. I am so impressed with Rebecca's knowledge and her ability to really know her patients and how they are progressing in their treatment. I would highly recommend the Doctors of Physical Therapy at the Naperville location to all who have need of rehabilitation. Everyone is caring and knowledgeable , the appointments are scheduled and confirmed,, treatments are on time and the facility is very clean and well equipped for many types of therapy. I will miss going , they are that good! Sincerely, Dorie J"

"I was a client at DPT for 4 months. I came to them via a recommendation and was given a prescription for physical therapy by my neurologist because I had to move from using a cane to using a walker. I had very bad alignment issues because I had used a cane longer than I should have. DPT not only corrected the alignment issues but provided exercises that strength my legs that were weak. After several weeks of physical therapy my alignment greatly improved, and my walking ability was amazing. Over the past 15 years I have gone to several places for PT and this is the first place the pinpointed my needs accurately and provided exercises that corrected my issues. I highly recommend Rebecca and her team. Thank you for everything you've done for me."

"Rebecca has helped me so much. I was recovering from my second cervical surgery, and I had a stiff neck with minimal range of motion and lots of chronic pain. After the first appointment, improvement was noticeable, and I am happy to say after a few short months of therapy, I am nearly pain free and have great range of motion and fluid movement. It is life changing. We created goals together and we reached them together! Thank you, Rebecca!"

"I only write reviews when my experience has been remarkable enough to warrant one. Rebecca at Doctors of Physical Therapy in South Naperville is one of those remarkable physical therapists. I was referred to physical therapy by various physicians for different problems throughout my body: shoulders, back, and most recently, knee. I spent most of the past year working with Rebecca to regain function in each of these areas, and she "fixed" me every time. She is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. She knows when to push me to advance to the next level, but also when to hold me back from doing too much. She guided me through preparation for knee surgery, and my recovery exceeded expectations thanks to her guidance. She works closely with the referring physicians and she convinces the insurance companies to not lose faith in your ability to succeed. Thanks to Rebecca I am back to doing the things I love! Highly recommend!"

"I was referred here May 2025. My therapy started with Anthony who not only did therapy but also did dry needling in my neck. You ask what is dry needling? It is small needles inserted into the pain inflicted area and left there for about 10 minutes. It really helped. Anthony left to another office. I started to see Rebecca. She has worked with me for months. When I first started seeing her for my neck pain, my pain level was a 7 on a 1-10 basis. I could not look to the left when driving my car. That was dangerous to say the least. My range of motion has quite improved Thanks to Rebecca. She is quite the professional and sincerely cares about her patients. That makes a huge difference in the care you are receiving. If I ever need to be seen for physical therapy again I would 100 percent go back or refer them to a friend. Thank you Doctors of Physical Therapy for your help in getting better! Lucy"

"I wholeheartedly recommend Doctors of Physical Therapy Naperville South. Not only did Rebecca, Michelle, and the other therapists I worked with relieve pain in my shoulder and hip, they also set me up with tools for successful maintenance. All the therapists and student therapists have excellent "bedside" manner. I was sad to end my sessions because I will miss being taken care of so well!"

"I came here post knee surgery for rehab and it has been a good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and nice, and the facility always looks clean. I see Rebecca most of the time and she encourages me and challenges me, and also knows when I've hit my limit. I highly recommend Doctors of Physical Therapy and their staff."
