"Had Appointment 10:00am 01/10/26 Received 3 Robo Called For Verification In 3 Days Received 1 Live Verification After 300pm 01/09 That's When Issue Was To Be Explained Arrived Early As I Am Always Early For Appointments Waited 1 Hour Still Nothing Asked Why Receptionist Explained They Share Space With Other Medical Group Not Here On Saturdays Today They Are So All Services Cut In Half Is It The Doctors Fault No I Made My Appointment 3 Weeks Ago Clearly Overbooking A Compedent Staff Would Have Called For A Heads Up 3 ROBO CALLS IN 3 DAYS TO VERIFY APPOINTMENT 1 LIVE CALL TO VERIFY SPOKE NOTHING ABOUT ISSUE CLEARLY INCOMPEDENT OFFICE STAFF FOULUP NOT THE DOCTORS WHEN ASKED RECEPTIONIST WHY EXPLANATION WITH AIR OF COULD NOT CARE LESS WORK FORCE TODAYS SOCIETY JUST DONT CARE"
