"Theradynamics 3rd Avenue has been an amazing find; the front desk and staff are warm, welcoming, and professional! As for my individual physical therapist, her name is Shivani and I can't speak of her highly enough. She's knowledgeable, but listens to feedback; she discusses her reasoning with me any time she suggests a new exercise or treatment, and she respects my body awareness and personal and professional goals--this last part being hugely important, as I'm a professional baseball coach but I'm also thinking of returning to competitive rec-league sports. Shivani is kind, smart, sweet, and always professional...and a capable multitasker, as I've noticed when she deals with multiple patients with different needs and temperaments. From a personal and professional standpoint, she's been a life saver and made sitting, standing, walking, and working less painful! Last but not least, Theradynamics 3rd ave is pretty convenient--the bus stops right outside its door, and the 6 train is a block away!"
"I started going to Physical therapy about a month ago, my first session was with Catherine who is the lead physical therapist. Catherine is absolutely amazing. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and she makes sure she's giving you the best physical therapy possible. Catherine asked all the right question's, she is very thorough and ensures that she's aware of all the different physical limitations that you may have. Catherine also makes sure that the things that you want to work on are being achieve. I absolutely love having Catherine as my physical therapist. I'm sure that continuously working with the staff especially Catherine, will help me be on the road to recovery."
