Testimonials
"Dr. Mark Coleman was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained my condition in easy-to-understand terms. He was able to pinpoint issues and offer treatment options that my primary care provider was incapable of recognizing."
"I recently had to start all over because my PM of 10 years took a new job and closed his practice. It is very difficult to find a new PM, but a good friend recommended Dr. Coleman. I contacted his office he was able to see me right away. Which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely hard working. Dr. Coleman and his staff work so hard that they didn't even take a lunch break so they could provide service to all the patients that were waiting to be seen. Dr. Coleman has an excellent bed side manner, he listens and answers all your questions. He truly took his time with my care. I felt seen and heard by him and his staff. Dr. Coleman thank you so much for every thing. I truly appreciate it. Anna"
"The staff were very professional, Dr. Coleman was very tentative to my needs. I was having L4 and L5 back pain for years. After 3 appointments with Dr. Coleman and his medical procedure I can walk up straight and my back pain has decreased to 96 perfect pain free. In addition, the clinic was clean and the waiting period was not long. Also, the entire team showed enormous amounts of care for my pain management. I definitely will give them 5 stars."
"Dr. Coleman is very good. Your part is to be on time. if you are late you will not be seen. Pretty Simple. The types of procedure in many cases is a 50/50 chance. His practice is busy and he needs to see many patients each day. Today I am off narcotics and I feel great."
"Dr Coleman has excellent bedside manner and is passionate about patient care. His office staff is also very helpful. Be prepared to wait and internet service is spotty at best. But worth the wait!"
"First visit Aug. 13 for consultation for my husband. Diagnosed and had to return Aug 20 for a spinal shot. We arrived on time but receptionist refused to allow Dr. Coleman see him because he was told to report half an hour before his appt. My husband is a senior who forgot. He was in a lot of pain and the receptionist said this doctors policy. As his wife, i was not allowed to accompany my husband even thpugh he said he needed my assistance. Again she said its the drs. Policy. This showed he undervalued his patient and seniors need to have an advocate accompany them to speak with the doctor and ensure that all instructions are followed. He was on time and shouldn't have been turned away being in high pain and discomfort."
"Finally a pain management physician who actually hears what I'm saying while words are coming out of my mouth. The office staff treated me like a person and was very efficient, also a rarity in pain management. Dr Coleman listened, was knowledgeable and shared that knowledge willingly. I was very impressed and definitely recommend this facility and Dr Coleman!!!"
"Wow, this is a very easy review to do. Dr Coleman and Dr Mira are 2 of the best in the business who are very concerned with their patients, for those who arrive late for whatever reason, should know they are seeing patients with very serious debilitating medical conditions. I am a patient, I do not and have never worked for National Spine and Pain, ijs I have no problem rescheduling should I arrive to late for my procedure because I've been to other non-effective establishments and can appreciate all that Dr Coleman and Dr Mira does, it is done with care and attention to the little things!!!. IJS I highly reccomend NSPC if you are seriously in need of pain relief and not out to scam doctors for pain medications. The staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and orderly, plus the atmosphere does not feel like a WWII Gustapo camp out to humiliate and punish you for daring to be medically sick and disabled. Every injection procedure I have received were done with care and precision, plus are very effective, as medically possible. Thank you everyone at NSPC for they have given me a renewed sense of hope in a world trying its hardest to make me feel hopeless. Try to remember, when you are late for an appointment or procedure you effectively put everyone else on the schedule behind that come after you, is that fair to me when I arrive at the alloted time?
