"The care received was good. The hours were convenient and worked with my schedule. Definitely resolved the issues I was having with my knee. However, they engage in deceptive billing practices, cramming in additional charges to inflate the bill for procedures that they did not have informed consent to perform. Working with their "customer service / patient care advocates" is an exercise in frustration. It's always "oh, you'll have to get that from Medical Records", and you can't actually talk with someone who can make a difference. I'm really disappointed that such nice people who are skilled and want to help are complicit with business practices that seem pretty fraudulent to me."

"First experience with physical therapy...referred for sessions prior to referral for possible injections for arthritis. Standard protocol of try physical therapy for arthritis before injections. I learned to be on high alert after this experience...just beware, bring your own timer, question everything...100% agree with other review below...please beware of their practices"
