"Subject: The "Third Time" is the charm I am a retired US Army Officer and a formal Paratrooper with so many reasons for needing Physical Therapy. With that, I had Physical Therapy twice in the DMV a few years ago. As mentioned in my subject, The "Third Time" is the charm. The team at Integrated Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy is fantastic. The team that works with me consists of: Katie, Swati, Hayley, Julie and Daniel. They are by far the most professional, patient, and caring therapists I have had. With the greatest attention to details I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. 1. On the professional side, they know their job and do it remarkably. 2. For patient care, they truly know what is best for the patient based on the patient's Physical capabilities and the requirements from the physician. 3. They pay attention to details, explain what needs to be done in the Physical Therapy exercise area as well as what needs to be done by the patient at home. "I cannot express how wonderful the team at Integrated Sports PT are. I arrived fresh post-op knee replacement and barely moving with a walker. Katy, Swati and the team guided me through a 2- month rehabilitation. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable, skilled, creative and welcoming. If a problem arose, they knew what to do. After 8 weeks, I walked out independently, strong and with a 120 degree bend in the knee. "I just finished a 3 month course of PT as I recover from my 4th lumbar surgery, this one an extended fusion. I chose to work with this group because Katie, helped me rehab a year ago following a total hip replacement. It was clear during both rehabs that Katie knows what she'd doing. I really appreciate that she carefully tailored both programs to me, my problem and my condition. And she keeps the place abuzz with positivity. The combination of progressively challenging exercises, use of equipment and bands and hands on work kept me on a steady road to the point where I can continue the exercises I learned on my own. "ISMPT is an incredible place to come for physical therapy. The staff are very attentive and take care of you and become like a whole other family. When your body has suffered damage, re-injuries are likely, and I've experienced that twice in the past year. Each time I called ISMPT the staff immediately scheduled me to take care of me and get me back on the PT track to recovery. Katie , Swati, Nyah, Anna Maria have been incredibly helpful and made each recovery swift and stress free."

"Integrated Sports Medicine was recommended by my doctor and a family member and I'm so glad I chose them! They helped me get stronger, understand what was wrong with my knee, and then helped me recover again after my surgery. Everyone there was patient, listened to the issues I was having with my knee that day and asked if anything we did last time either helped or aggravated my injury. They were always willing to work with me and what I needed. I love that they offer Graston and dry needling, both of which were very helpful to me. I watched my strength come back and was able to do more every day I was there. They knew when to push me and when I needed to rest. I am now fully recovered, back to running and doing yoga just 5 months after my surgery, and I'm really glad that before I left they told me my recovery would only be effective if I kept working after. "My experience at the Fairfax location was great and I would highly recommend them. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I received most of my treatment from Ashleigh and Katie. Each has a different approach, but are equally effective. The process was painful, but without their skillful manipulation and Brooke's focused hands-on touch, I would still be in total misery. And I can't say enough about Kat, Sandy and Dustin. They guided me through the exercises, provided heat & ice which is key to the process and made the scheduling and insurance ridiculously easy."
