"If I could, I would give them a zero. I cannot express how unprofessional, dismissive and arrogant this doctor was. The most impatient doctor, who rushed our visit. We waited for an hour to see him & he spent 5 minutes with my 4yr old. We walked out of there with no answers. He never asked to see her x rays or her blood work results. Asked me a few questions watched her walk and that was it. I then took her to a different doctor in Wayne and he was wonderful. Courteous & professional. Answered all our questions & was very thorough. Ended up doing an x ray right in his office, bc he felt the pain was coming from another area based on what he saw when she was walking. We received answers and a plan of care. This is why it is important to do your due diligence when choosing a doctor. I would never recommend KPO to anyone!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this practice today with my son. The staff was helpful, efficient and very pleasant. Dr. Konigsberg made us all feel at ease and had an excellent bedside manner. He was reassuring and informative! The office was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend my friends or family, especially for the kids!"

"He is the worst doctor, not patient at all, his wrong diagnosis worsened my 8 yr old daughter's ankle. She had very visible swelling on her right ankle, he recommended physical therapy which worsened it because it turned out she had an ankle stress fracture in which case she needed to be in a cast. His staff is even worst sounding helpless, and not wanting to provide follow up appointments. I strongly suggest think twice before even going with his diagnosis."
