"I came to Ascension a few months ago after dealing with jaw/TMJ pain, headaches and accompanying dizziness for over a year. During my first visit, Austin assured me that I was in the right place and that he and his team would get to the bottom of it and help me get back to feeling like my old, pain-free self. Within a couple weeks, I really started to notice a difference. Every visit, I wasn't only welcomed with friendly staff, but I came in and the team already had a tailored appointment for me to work on specific areas of pain. I feel extremely grateful for the therapy I received here and know that if anything happens in the future where I may need PT again, that I can count on Austin and the Ascension team to help me out!"

"I spent nine months visiting this location for two separate shoulder injuries, and I could not be more grateful for Austin's help through it all. Austin thoughtfully approached my injuries with nuance and I am confident that I would not have recovered to the degree that I have without his guidance. The exercises I was asked to perform helped strengthen my shoulder and live day-to-day life with greatly diminished pain. As a note to management, I would highly suggest hiring more PTs so Austin is not stretched so thin in terms of the care he can provide. It definitely seemed that they encouraged double or triple booking time slots, which at times caused pauses in the amount of attention that Austin could provide. In case management does indeed read these - patients do notice when management is prioritizing profits over patient outcomes."
