"Booked appointment as a new patient to see Dr. Pincus traveled an hour away sitting in traffic from Brooklyn. He called out sick nobody made a courtesy call to tell me he wasn't in the office nor did they accomidate me for the situation. Very Unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
