"Not only did I get lied to by the PA that I seen prior to my injection with Dr. Choi stating that could only get my injection by Dr. CHOI. SHE NEVER DID THE PHYSICAL BEFORE TAKING ME INTO THE ROOM FOR THE INJECTION. I was seen in the exam room by another PA because Dr. Choi was to busy to even go into the exam room to introduce herself and explain the injection procedure. When they walked me to the Xray room were they were going to perform the injection. A male colleague of her put the injection because she was just supervising. She never asked if I was okay with having someone else put the injection that was in training. Then when I asked her who had put the injection she stated she had done it. So I asked her again are you sure you did it. Then she changed her story and stared she had supervised her male colleague in putting the injection. And in my chart she wrote an entire book stating she had done all my exams before the injection and she lied. Cause it was done by a PA and she never went into the first exam room."
