"The Plunge Room is amazing! They keep everything spotless and perfectly maintained. The cold plunge at 50degF and the hot tub at 104degF are always ready and clean. After a workout at The Gym, jumping straight into the cold plunge has been a game-changer for recovery--I feel refreshed, my muscles recover faster, and it helps me avoid overtraining. Absolutely the best spot for recovery and self-care!"

"I dropped in for the first time while visiting and Andrew was so detailed and helpful. The plunge and hot tub are located inside of The Gym (which is a gym). The access to steam room, dry sauna, towels, locker room and showers were very convenient after the session.
