"I was excited to try GSI as it's difficult to find a doctor who will listen to your needs. My appt with Yvette was great, she spent the entire time going over my health history and at the end took bloodwork. She advised me she would get the results that night or the following day. My appt was the week of a holiday so I followed up the next week about the results of my bloodwork. I messaged in the portal, called numerous times, and left voicemails over the course of a couple of weeks and never heard back about my results. One of the times I called they let me talk with the other medical provider, Melanie who assured me that a message was given STAT for Yvette to call me back ASAP. It's been several months and I never received any call, portal message, or response back to any of my outreaches.The only way I had any access to my bloodwork was by creating a Labcorp account and googling the answers. I'm back to square one now on the hunt for a new medical provider again. This practice seems like they align, but I'm incredibly disappointed that a doctor would order labs and basically ghost a patient. Do not recommend."
