"My experience here was wonderful. Dr. Okino was so very kind and attentive, and was able to help me right away. He made sure I didn't leave until the problem was fully taken care of and I had no more worries. I've had a series of foot issues and have visited a couple other doctors, but wish I had found this place sooner."

The office was super hot during my visit which was a little uncomfortable, but the staff did their best and I really felt for the assistant who was handling everything so well on her own. Dr. Okino took the time to explain my condition, and the ultrasound treatment helped ease my foot pain. I'd be happy to come back once the AC is fixed!"

"I have been going to Progressive Feet since May. I first met with Dr. Stevens, and I absolutely have nothing bad to say about his care and bedside manner. I am now seeing Dr. Akella, another great doctor and completely have nothing wrong to say about the physicians. I however, have had the worst experience with the back office staff. I am not sure if they need to hire more people, do better training. I have worked in a medical office setting so I do have some experience. I have not received one bill from this practice inspite of insurance claims being rejected. When I notified the staff of why they are being rejected they seemed loss. I am now hopefully getting surgery on my food by Dr Akella however, no one has contacted my insurance company for approval and at one point was told I need to contact and get approval! Trying to reach anyone to speak with is so frustrating! Unfortunately, when the office staff is not good, it significantly detracts from the quality care the Doctors are providing, and it has made my overall experience at Progressive Feet less than satisfactory."

"I had one of the best medical experiences at this facility. Rarely have I experienced such care, compassion, and patience from a doctor before. Dr. Okino was really invested in making sure I leave the office much better able to walk than before. For my nerve damage, a different location just gave me a metatarsal pad and sent me home, but this doctor removed the insoles of my shoe and created a custom insole directly tailored for my nerve damage. I tested it out a few times in the hallway and he adjusted it every time as needed, until it was as good as it could be. I highly recommend this location and doctor."

"The doctor saw me without an appointment due to the fact that my toe was injured. Dr. Okino, was professional, kind, humble, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He treated the injured toe and another medical foot condition. Also, the office staff was kind, helpful, professional, friendly and informative. In addition, the office was bright , clean, cheerful and organized. The only downside is that the ADVENTIST MEDICAL CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS is not maintaining the office building. The hospital next to the MEDICAL office building is closed."

"My daughter and I have both been seeing Dr Hu for foot/ankle issues. He's both very kind and very competent. He was so good with my daughter who had a lot of anxiety around the procedure she needed, and his post-injury treatment of my foot has really turned my healing progress around significantly. I went from six weeks of making almost no progress to now two weeks of making notable progress! He also had some EDS knowledge, which is a hard thing to find in doctors. He takes real time with us, and we're both doing so well under his care! Not to mention they accept Medicaid. I can't say enough good things about this office. The whole staff is great."
