Testimonials
"The staff is amazing and very knowledgable and thorough. However!!! The admin staff are not friendly at all. I arrived for my appointment to find out it was canceled. Apparently I "no showed" 2 appointments. This is not true. I canceled one on line, 6 weeks ago when I was out of the country and would not be back in time. I call and left a voicemail that I had an emergency for the other one and after coming here for more than 6 months I am very disappointed at the attitude. No one called me to see if I was ok or to inform me of the cancellation. I got shoulder shrugs and no offer to reschedule or have me talk with anyone after I arrived for my canceled appointment. As much as I love the PT's here I will not go back. I will pay out of pocket closer to my home. This is what the world is like now. "
"I've used these facilities for two different injuries over the past 4 years and have had great experiences on both occasions. Their therapists are knowledgeable, personable, and clearly care about their work. The facilities are clean. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and make scheduling easy. They literally greet me by name when I come in. Payment was all taken care of through Northshore system. Great overall experience."
"Call and was on hold 12 minutes then it went mute and it hung up on me. Then I call back mind you its not even 4:45 (says they close 4:45) but it was 4:35 when I call and it says its close. Shouldn't be so hard to setup a appointment. Then it won't let me setup appointment on their website. They keep trying to get me to do but some reason its a error and can't do it online but its been like this for months so why keep telling people to setup appointment online. I literally had one of their associates at another location associated with northshore tell me this instead of setting up my appointment. Very frustrating! Seem like away not to deal with people."
"Melissa Layher was very kind and helpful. She has great bedside manners and really cares about her patients. Highly recommend."
"The tendons in my hand felt worlds better after Megan worked on them and taught me exercises to do on my own. The facility itself is quiet and calming, at least when I was there."
"Great therapist and everyone is good at their jobs. One of the few places I've been where they all work together smoothly and efficiently. Top notch"
