She quickly verified my insurance, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find front desk staff who are both efficient and genuinely kind as they all were. Dr. Ribertelli was professional, thorough, and very informative. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood what was causing my lower back pain and neck tension. After my treatment, I immediately felt relief from the knots in my neck and the discomfort in my lower back. I appreciated how attentive and precise he was. I have never felt relief as much as I did today coming out of his office. Coming all the way from New Jersey, I can honestly say it was completely worth the trip. "I've seen numerous chiropractors over the years, each with their own approach, and while many were great - I honestly have to say that none come close to the care of Dr. Ribertelli. He has a thorough approach to care and has dramatically improved my back and neck pain in just 3 visits. I experienced a lot of pain relief even after my first visit. Great bedside manner, therapeutically targets your care needs with several appropriate and effective methods. I've felt like past chiropractors have kept me coming back more than needed and it was a "revolving door experience" of patients flying in and out for 5 minute adjustments. Not the case here. Dr. Ribertelli gives you honest opinions and lays out your care plan for what is needed to achieve a maintenance phase. He truly listens to your problems and has several approaches to target your needs.
