The therapists truly care about their patients and provide excellent support throughout treatment. However, there is a serious concern regarding the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility. The site looks unkept and lacks proper sanitation, which is especially concerning in a healthcare setting. Cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, and this location would greatly benefit from stricter cleaning standards and regular upkeep. The quality of care deserves to be matched by a clean, well-maintained environment. This is the reason why I dropped them down to a 3STAR"
