"Dr Zhen is a great practitioner but be prepared to sit and wait for your appointment. The last 2 times I was at the office, I waited close to an hour to be seen, even though I arrived on time and wasn't informed of a delay. The person manning the desk didn't even offer an apology when I said I needed to leave because I couldn't continue to sit there and wait. I will find another practitioner who respects the value of my time as well as their own."
