Dr John has saved me from spine surgery on two occasions after experiencing debilitating pain for months - and after working with me through dry needling, stretching, fascial release, cupping and deep tissue massage my pain has disappeared. If i start to feel it coming back they're willing to go the extra mile to work with my schedule and get me in for treatment before it gets worse - which i really appreciate. I've been maintaining with yoga, pilates and massage with their therapist and instructors all at Synergy; they even helped me change my diet to support my tissue health.
