"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU'RE FAMILIES TIME WITH THIS DR Benjamin Uh. Zero is what I would give him Benjamin uh did my mom's Knee replacement in 06/21/2021; at Flushings Hospital Queens NYC. My mom's surgery was scheduled for 8am morning! Her surgery did not start until 4pm that day! I sat in waiting room and I was not giving any information about my moms status or the fact that they had her sitting waiting for hrs with out properly informing her as well as to why her surgery was delayed I tried several times to call the dr's staff for an update to no avail!!! I also asked the hospital staff for an update; also to no avail! Finally I got a security guard to go find out for me and that's when I was informed. She finally had the surgery which lasted for 1hr. Mom was taken to the recovery room and then to a room at the hospital share she was expected to Just send 1Night. My family and I were allowed to see her Upon seeing her ; she looked very Exhausted She had fasted the night before for the surgery which was scheduled for 8am. However didn't happen until 4pm. Physical therapy did not give her and rehab for her knee which is Required after surgery. The claim it was too late to do so The next morning I got to the hospital 7am for visiting hrs. Benjamin Uh staff came to do physical therapy However said they wanted her to go sent 2weeks at a rehab After the first week at the rehab my family watched my mom to come! Mom was not Receiving any form of Rehab for her knee at the rehab facility They treated as if she was one of the Nursing Home patients even though she was in the Rehab building of the facility not the nursing home. I called Benjamin uh's office to report this & to ask for aid in getting my mom the proper care that was needed They did Nothing. I took my mom out of the facility and took her home to do Out Patient rehab Benjamin agreed She had a follow visit with him! I many questions!!! The out patient Physical Therapist noticed that her knee was Turned to the right instead of it being Straight. I called Benjamin uh and told him this he recommended a brace. He didn't help & her shape pains came back I called the dr to report this & to all him for help This was a month after Surgery Benjamin Uh & his staff ordered x-rays and CT scan! Both tests showed that the implant was not place correctly in her knee!!!! At this point Benjamin Uh STOPPED Taking Our calls. My Mother suffered in pain for 2 years after this. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DR BENJAMIN UH TO ANYONE !!!'n"
