Testimonials

"I've worked in healthcare before and we always verified each of our patient's insurance prior to them being seen; to ensure they don't waste our time and we don't waste theirs. They waited to do so after scheduling me. It never mattered how many patients we have. We checked for each of them because we understand; a lot of people, especially Medicaid patients, do not know their coverage or understand the dynamic of it. As when it comes to Medicaid, it is more detail to know than you think. Dr. Perez is efficient. It's his staff who could use some help. I recommend this place for the doctor only. Don't expect anything outside of him to be smooth sailing."

"As a first time patient there, it was a great visit. Nice waiting space, check-in was smooth, clinical staff and X-Ray Tech were polite and helpful, Dr. Thompson was great. He has what I remember being called "bedside manner." I will be returning and fully recommend them."

"Dr. Thompson has a great personality. He listens to his patient's concerns, addresses the immediate needs and gives recommendations from least invasive to most invasive. He doesn't force his patient's to do what's convenient for him but rather let's you make the call. Amazing staff!"

"Date of visit: January 12, 2026 Provider: Precision Ortho - Dr. Ali I had an appointment at Precision Ortho with Dr. Ali on January 12, 2026. Although I arrived approximately one hour early, I was not called back until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once in the examination room, I attempted to explain my concerns regarding spinal injections, including feedback I had received from my mother. Dr. Ali immediately began speaking over me and appeared rushed, as though trying to move on to his next appointment, rather than allowing me to fully explain my concerns. For context, I have a documented focal disc protrusion at L5-S1 with nerve root impingement, resulting in lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica). At my initial visit, my pain was less severe and I arrived dressed professionally. On this visit, my pain level was significantly higher, and I arrived dressed in pajamas for comfort. During this visit, I felt I was treated differently and with less respect by the physician, his assistant, and the front desk staff. After the exchange, staff appeared to be joking or laughing among themselves, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional, particularly since no such warmth or friendliness had been shown during the hour and a half I had already spent waiting. I also raised concerns about being prescribed a medication I had previously taken without success. In response, the assistant stated, "You'll have to go to the ER -- we are not an ER. We only do what we can when we can," and informed me that I would need to wait until my next appointment on January 19 for any further assistance, despite my current level of pain. I was repeatedly spoken over during this interaction as well. This was especially frustrating given that I have already sought care in the emergency room multiple times, where I was advised to follow up with my primary care physician -- who referred me to pain management in the first place. As a business owner and someone familiar with professional standards, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of empathy, hospitality, and respectful communication. In healthcare settings especially, patients deserve to be heard and treated with dignity regardless of appearance or pain level. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit."

"Ive been in active daily back pain for years now. This would be my second ortho dr. The first one recommended outpatient procedure that cost me alot of money, didnt reduce pain, and now i feel worse than before. Tried this office in hopes of getting relief and discovery of new hip pain. Plus they had good ratings with Dr Matthew. I got assigned to Dr Rashi. Him and his team are transactional. No historical discussion and the first appt was quick. Got my MRI and thought we would review the Xray and explain why im getting worse. He answered my questions, it was the end of the day, and i felt like his diagnosis was general, as if I just started having pain. At my age and after suffering so long, i expected more. I didnt get any advice. He offered a "shot" in my joints which I have to schedule. No mention of PT. He didnt examine my back. Didnt ask me about any past back procedures. Now Im skeptical, i dont feel like I was heard, and that "shot" may not work like the last one didnt. The visits were just ok. Maybe Dr Thompson provides more of an experience."

"I will be reporting your business for conducting insurance fraud. When I went to your site, I could not breathe. I have COPD. You had me wait a long time to see someone. I got tingling in my hands. Hard to do anything. You gave me a shot or two, and had xrays done on my hands. I had called later on to find out if I have carpal tunnel syndrome. You could not find anything on me at that time. You asked what office I went to. I told you it was your office. I guess if I was not being concerned, I would not have attempted to call you. You wanted me to set up another appointment with your doctor and it would be just an interview. Then another appointment would decide on what you want me to do next. I told you to forget it since your office clerks don't seem to run their office job or clients well. I received in my mail for the week ending in Jan. 9, 2026, I get two bills from you for $73.47 each. You also are charging my medical provider (United Healthcare) a lot of money for items that are ridiculously priced on the bill I opened today. My girlfriend's son works with Governor Wes Moore. I will ask her to have her son help me, as a 73 year old senior citizen, from being ripped off, not only with my medical insurance provider, but the out of pocket expenses you want me to pay you. I will await your response to this review. I suggest you throw out the bill, close my account as paid in full. The tingling continues. I left United Healthcare on December 31, 2025. On January 12th, I will be going to Kaiser for my initial interview. Sincerely, Audrey C Smith Beltsville, MD. 20705"

"Dr.Berkenblit did a nice job with surgery at the hospital and I had to follow up in the Laurel office. My appointment was at 9:15 and I waited 2 hours to be called back in a very crowded waiting room that didnt seem to have enough space to accommodate the volume of people. The staff were helpful but everyone was distracted with an iPad and busy. The visit met the need for my appointment but felt very impersonal."

"Dr. Daniel Perez is awesome! He was very kind and explained many things patiently. Wait time was a bit longer than usual. but I think it's because they are popular and in high demand, or maybe I just went at a busy time/day. I would go back to Dr. Perez again for future foot problems (hopefully I dont have any more)"
