"I visited The Joint Chiropractic in Aspen Hill twice. They have a $29 special for first time visits. The place is pristine and new. The front desk offers excellent customer service. There's very little wait time. You have the option to just walk in to receive treatments or schedule an appointment. They offer a pay as you go or membership option. There's also a discount for military veterans which I appreciate! It's no frills. You get your treatment and go about your day. I always feel better when I leave. I appreciate the low cost for adjustments and the speedy service. It's located in the shopping plaza next to Leisure World. I witnessed the staff treat the elderly clients with care. Parking is plentiful right up front and it's easy to find."

He actually asks what the problem area is and finds a personalized solution to help fix it and I felt immediate relief which was a first and I've been coming to the joint chiropractor at different locations for over two years but this location is my absolute favorite."
"When I purchased the membership, I asked how to cancel when I was ready to do so, and was told that I could just call. When I called to cancel, I was told I had to come in person to sign a form. I asked if this paper could be emailed or mailed to me, which was a firm no. I can't find anywhere online to locate my account or any agreements when I bought the membership, or any way to contact anyone else to ask for an exception. Since my reason for cancelling is that my schedule doesn't allow me to come anymore, this is frustrating. And seems very intentional that any policies and account information is not accessible online. A business making it difficult to get out of a month-to-month agreement is one that does not have my support and this is very disappointing."
