Noj, Megan, and Ariel are wonderfully skilled practitioners, very personable, and it is clear they enjoy and excel at their work with people. If you are progessing each visit they won't have to "crank" your body in painful ways. 2. Talk to the Therapists about yiur personal needs and limits, how you prefer to be handled or move through exercises (I need to go slow but can do more pressure for longer periods to achieve appropriate flexion), your body is yours and you deserve to be treated with respect."
