"I first saw Dr Abed about 2 years ago for an injection for neck pain. It was the first time I had significant relief. I have had injections from another Dr that didn't help at all. Dr Abed and staff.are all very pleasant. Dr Abed also gave me some helpful advice on things to help my neck. I'm going again in a few weeks. This is a couple of years after my last 5 star review. I know that the staff has had some major changes but what I experienced recently is uncalled for. I called and asked for a revised referral because Advanced Radiology had a problem with the referral had. I asked the lady I spoke with to either mail or email it to me and she acted like I was asking for something difficult. She finally agreed to email it to me. She may have but I never received it. I finally stopped in and picked up my new referral. Took all of 5 minutes so I don't know what the big deal was about emailing or mailing it to me. First time I've ever been disappointed with Dr Abed's staff. I hope his staff isn't going the way of so many other good Drs. It would be a shame."

"My neurosurgeon referred me to Dr Abed to get a spinal injection to put off surgery. They got me right in, got my injection and I am feeling great. A few weeks later, I felt this horrible pain in my back so Dr Abed sent me to get an MRI and he notified me that I had fractured the L5 vertebrate. Within days, the office arranged for me to have a procedure Kyphoplasty to restore the damaged vertebras height and relieve the excruciating pain. Dr Abed and his staff are awesome.
