I was charged twice my copay, which has never happened before for PT, and no one at ATI can explain why I was charged double. The billing department is clueless. I would make sure you verify what you will be charged before attending PT there."

"My first visit with Justin was the pre surgery PT evaluation for a full knee replacement. It was very helpful and beneficial as Justin went over many things. Besides the measurements, we covered the right height for the walker and cane, how to walk with them, sitting on and getting up from a chair plus going up and down stairs. In addition, we reviewed exercises I will be doing after the surgery. It was very insightful experience."
