Athletico Physical Therapy - Shorewood

"The staff at Athletico in Shorewood are excellent, especially Frank. He's genuinely concerned about your healing process and takes time to answer and explain everything to you. He specializes in hand rehab and is very knowledgeable and great at his job. This is my second experience at this facility and would recommend it to everyone! I just wish they still had the machine with heated "sand" that massages your hand/arm that was there my first time. It really helped prepare my hand for the workout that was to begin afterwards."

From the initial evaluation to therapy sessions, and Morgan, who handles all the scheduling and billing, you feel like a part of a team with everyone showing a vested interest in each and every individual. "Had such a great experience with the staff there. They are so sweet and caring greeting you in and out by your name. Since making my appointment to the therapy process all the staff there was great. Morgan is always on top of authorization if needed. Matt was great doing my evaluation and explaining the whole process. Rebecca was so sweet working with me when I had question.
