Testimonials
"The office staff and Dr. Jay at the Elkridge location are wonderful. I am always seen on time and never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Jay really cares about his patients and you can really tell. I have been coming to him for the last 4 years and I have appreciated every minute of it!"
"My husband and I are so happy and we felt very much at peace and comfortable. We really liked Dr D. He was intentional and thoughtful throughout our appointment. Also, his team up front was all super sweet and had excellent customer service. Everyone are very respectful. We will be coming back here again!"
"The receptionist was kind and made scheduling easy. The doctor helped me understand the process needed to (hopefully) lessen the knee pain. Also, the visits were pretty quick!"
"I've been a patient at Maryland Pain and Spine since 2014, and I absolutely love this practice. My pain has been consistently managed with care and professionalism, and I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication of the entire team."
"Jay is great! He listens to your concerns and doesn't make you feel rushed out of the office. If you are working with another Dr he works as a team and doesn't try to guide you away from the plan you and the other physician came up with. Jays team is great with responding to online messages as well within 30 mins. The front office staff is very polite and when there is an opening for an earlier appt the front receptionist will contact you to get you in earlier."
"Dr. B is great. He doesn't mess around. If you hurt somewhere, he will offer solutions. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
"Everyone are very respectful and friendly. The offices are always clean. Jay is my PA and he is really concerned about his patients. At the end of our appt "he says is there anything else you want to talk about?"so that made me want to talk about my 2 brothers that passed away 8 days apart in Buffalo, NY, and I'm having to stay a month at a time and then l drive back to Baltimore for my Pain Mgmt appt and then drive back to Buffalo, he allows you to get emotional. That to me is being concerned. I would give him a 10, since we talk about numbers of pain always. I use to go to Glen Burnie office but it closed down, so I have to go to the Elkridge office, but it's not a problem. I'm giving photos of myself with my brothers trying to be happy about their life. The other picture is my father holding me as he was building our home that I grew up in. I'm getting emotional just telling my story. I respect him working with me. Thank you."
