"I had pelvic floor pt with Soleil and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind, sweet and attentive and really helped me work through the exercises. She was great with explaining everything and making sure I was properly moving through each exercise and understand the purpose and movement. When it came to massages and recovery techniques she was amazing as well, she always listened to me and how I was feeling, and would adjust accordingly if needed. All my appointments would start with a short massage, and even on days when I really didn't feel great she took extra time to do her best to help me feel better and not stress anything out further. I would 100% go back to her in the future, and would recommend her to all my friends."

"Wish I could give many more than 5 stars! I've been going to Four3 on and off for more than 6 years for various injuries and for surgery rehab. In that time, I have been lucky enough to work with therapists JD, Parker, and Shawn, with others subbing in when my "regular" therapist was out of the center. They push you to your comfort level (and maybe just a little bit beyond) to help you improve, see progress, and meet your goals. The support staff is also wonderful!
